Hello, I like to add a little bit of history behind the stamps I collect, I don't want the page to read like a book, just to add a bit of interest.
How do other members lay out their pages?

Really nice pages, are they premade or did you put them together yourself?

The pages you made are exquisite. They reflect the time, understanding and energy you put into them. They beautifully showcase the particular stamp issue.

Job well done!!

On another note can someone or p-vitd himself explain what "p-vitd" is talking about. Very confusing. Is there a political issue of that time that is of concern?

Nice Layout, it's nice to see the story behind the stamp. Not something I'm doing on my ww collection, but I'm aiming for something along those lines for my Canadian and US collections.

Very nicely layed out and nice to see something more than just coloured squared on the page (something I know I'm guilty of - though I love my coloured squares!)
And PP, I have to agree, I have no idea what p-vitd is on about.

My compliments to you lofty. Adding the flags of these organizations
adds to the story behind the stamps.
I also like the fact that you included the engraver(s) names(s)
It's a pleasure seeing someone get so much enjoyment out
of collecting.

One thing. Would it be possible for you to upload in such a
way that a larger image would be viewable?
Perhaps by using Photobucket or Flickr.

Great stuff, the documentation and the images really compliment the stamps nicely, it gives it the exhibition or presentation quality.

Personally, I like the way you have laid out your pages lofty.

I have some Word files with a lot of emblems & images that I have planned to use in the very way you have portrayed here.I think that this dresses up a collection somewhat more than the mainstream of albums available to most of us.

Perhaps, but the past cannot be changed.

Books have been written about the past.

Stamps collections are formed about the past.

There is nothing wrong with either.
