Hi to all
Unfortunately this one has a crease, (maybe I could iron it out)
But the swan wing is missing a substantial part of the colour. Also if you look at the R of Western it looks like an r within the R

You possibly need an UV lamp to discover scuffs and
wear and tear.
Fairly common stamp, but that does not take anything
away from it's heritage.

Do not touch these without due diligence,
the ink is fugitive.

Look at the dot at the base of the little triangular doohickey
top right, it is a larger dot, makes it a local Australian printing
using perkins bacon plates.

Your are right about the ink being fugitive, I soaked one off paper and the ink ran
