Forum Level Subscriptions?

I'm sure there's a simple answer to this question, but I'll be darned if I can figure it out.

Somewhere along the line I managed to become subscribed to the auctions forum at the "forum level" rather than the "topic level" meaning that any time anyone posts in that forum, I get an email.

I would like to do this for the U.S. "Back of Book" forum as well, but darned if I can find the option to enable it.

Where do I enable a forum-level subscription?

I thought I had it....I was wrong.

You can only do a forum subscription on two forums. auctions and support and testing area.

That is what I was just learning myself. LOL

Now I see... but why those two forums in particular but none of the others? That option would be useful for all forums.

Subscriptions, unfortunately, are the single biggest forum performance killer. Especially forum wide subscriptions. I allowed it on the auction forum so buyers could check out everything as it listed. The support forum so the staff can subscribe.
