The 2c Washington is most probably a SC#210 from 1883.
The others get more difficult without clearer scans. Some of the later printings have secret marks.
There are three distinct colours, ultramarine, dark ultra and gray blue. The second Franklin looks like a gray blue, which would make it SC 206 from 1881-82.
The darker blue (top) is probably ultramarine (if I'm not mixing up my colours)
I don't see a mark that appears in later versions, so I would guess it to be either SC134 (with grill) or 145 (without grill) both 1870-71.
The lighter blue (if that is dark ultra) - third Franklin, is probably SC 182 1879.

I will open the door for our more experienced members to correct educate me

The first is 210 and the last 2 are the re-engraved 206 from 1881 in gray-blue shades. The second one is hard to tell without a higher resolution scan. I believe it is soft paper and quite possibly 182.
