While sorting my way through 10,000 precancels I received in the mail yesterday I stumbled upon the stamp depicted below. It immediately caught my eye as I have not seen one of these before. I love it!

Can anyone help me identify this? I have searched through my precancel catalogues (T&T) and can't find it anywhere.

I'm also interested in whether anyone else has this precancel. If you do please post a pic!

They are nice and rather unique. I have several, too. Check out this previous thread:

While this is not the same as your example, it shows yet other variations from Boston (Roxbury Crossing Station), Massachusetts:

wt1,

Thanks for pointing me to the past discussion threads. Great looking variations! I really like these! Quite attractive in my opinion.

I'll have to remember to search the past topics posted before I go adding new threads!

No problem. I miss them every once and awhile, too.

Interestingly, there is an ebay listing for your stamp (however, I believe it is quite overpriced) and you will note it has received no bids, either:

wt1,

Wow, thanks for sharing the ebay link. I'd agree with you at $12.50 that seems extremely high! Not the best looking example either.
