This forum is indeed a multi-national forum, no questions about that. I wonder what the actual make up of this forum is. SO, how about a poll? Within the U.S. or Outside. Its not about what you collect. Keeping the poll simple, U.S. and Non U.S.

Art

BTW, I don't believe in Political Correctness. Its way too expensive and causes too many problems.

Remember that one person's "political correctness" is another person's "basic decency" and yet another person's default worldview, whether by upbringing, exposure, or personality.

Now, I'm not saying you, or anyone here, is indecent nor myopic. But in my humble opinion terms such as "political correctness" often do more harm than good, by dumping too much together into one bin.

Hey! At this point, on Tuesday at 5:30 in the pm, the vote stands at 52% US (with 13 votes) and 48% non US (with 12 votes). Wow. One vote makes a difference of 4%?
Does that mean your American votes count for more? (just kidding Math was never my strong suite)

I think it would be better if you explicitly state the poll question.

I guess if you were born and lived in the US most of your life (or were born outside the US and lived outside the US most of your life), not knowing the question would seem irrelevant and the choice fairly trivial.

This is not an issue of political correctness. It's simply an issue of stating the poll question. I think you will find that one of the reasons there is a little confusion regarding the poll question is because this forum is not only multi-national but it is also inter-national. Thank you.
