Im replying to my own post, looks like I found a place right under my nose, @5 miles from my house called "Geezers Tweezers" only problems iz there hours of operation
I've used Maryland Stamps & Coins (www.mdstamp.com/), which is in Bethesda I believe. I haven't been to the store, but I've ordered from Potomac Supplies which is their mail order division. Good prices, good service. Might be worth checking out.
In Baltimore, hook up with the local stamp club, you have geezers tweezers up there. plus there are stamp shows almost once a month in laurel at the holiday inn.
