Im replying to my own post, looks like I found a place right under my nose, @5 miles from my house called "Geezers Tweezers"
only problems iz there hours of operation

Randy,

I've used Maryland Stamps & Coins (www.mdstamp.com/), which is in Bethesda I believe. I haven't been to the store, but I've ordered from Potomac Supplies which is their mail order division. Good prices, good service. Might be worth checking out.

Randy, I didn't see this post...

I live in Annapolis.

There are a number of dealers in Maryland.

In Baltimore, hook up with the local stamp club, you have geezers tweezers up there. plus there are stamp shows almost once a month in laurel at the holiday inn.
