When sending an email to a member via the SC site, can we also send or have an option to send a copy to yourself? It would allow you to keep a record of what you said to a member.

I just opened this section to make the same suggestion and saw that you had already done so.

I think such an option would be a great addition to the forum's functionality.

Sending email is the single highest load put on the server. Such an "enhancement" would double it instantly.
