The below damaged and torn cover was in a recent purchase - Whilst the cover is not good the stamps seem to be okay - Any information on them would be very much appreciated

The 2 15 cts stamps are from a mini-sheet commemorating the 150th anniversary of the US Constitution (SG MS367b) in 1938

http://static.postbeeld.com/media/s.../gtpb001.jpg

The top LH stamp seems to be SG416 (1942), Obligatory Tax - original stamp (SG229) overprinted CONSTRUCCION 1942 UN CENTAVO (1c on 2c blue)

The red stamp on the 2nd line seems to be SG410 (1940) overprinted 5c on 50c, showing Lake Amatitlan.

Remember this one Don Fillipe

Phil..On a sad note, Jerry Leviss, the dollar cover dealer who attended the White Plains show passed away last Sunday. He was the dealer who had all the dollar covers in the small bankers boxes. His partner was Harold.

Bob, another one gone...who replaces the dealers when they go? Their kids would never put in the bull work setting up and tearing down or the weekend hours ..i can see stamp shows getting smaller and smaller and people either buying on the internet or through the large auction houses !!

I love the red rubber stamp on the envelope.

I wonder what the minimum age is to enter the "Gran" hotel?
