For those interested in modern US stamps, I just found that the latest edition (Fourth Quarter 2011) of USA Philatelic is now available on-line for download at this link:
I originally posted this thread on 10/09/2011. Here it is 10/27/2011 and I just received in today's "snail mail" a "hard copy" of USA Philatelic. It seems like a waste of time to mail the hard copy anymore, but I guess the USPS has to be certain to hit previous purchasers who may not necessarily have internet access.
