I picked this up in an auction lot and don't know what to make of it. There were 3 of them in the box and none of them look like they actually went through the mail.
I've come across these types of covers before as well when searching through large random cover lots. They are some sort of philatelic fantasy creation. The stamps are real, but the postmarks are not. Maybe they were some promotional item or an exhibition handout, but I really don't know. Dealers tend to place them in the $1 or less box at the stamp show I've been to. Hopefully, someone else knows their creator or purpose.
