Is there a good "cheat sheet" to use to define the various coil stamps printed for the above issue. I realize there are about 10 different varieties, but the Scott catalog does not illustrate them, just describes them.
I've sorted my stockbook and came up with at least five different coil varieties that can be easily told apart by the perforation sizes or perforation ridges and valleys, etc., but I'm at a loss to positively identify which is which, especially when we're talking about such minor items as perf. 9.7 and 9.8, etc.
Someone must have an illustration on line somewhere to decipher these subtle varieties.
I know there are a few other sites that also do this. I didn't go through them to see which one had the best pics/descriptions. Let me know if these 2 won't suffice.
Thanks! That first site is exactly what I was looking for. With 36 different images shown, it's no wonder you can "go crazy" trying to identify the subtle differences between all of the varieties!
