Its interesting to me that some people register..post a few times and then are not heard from again...sure, some see STAMPS and they want to know 'what are they worth?' I know they are just passing through...others might have a passing interest and may have other pursuits they devote more time to..mabe its like maple syrup time..it boils down to the ones who really enjoy stamp collecting and the fellowship of other stamp collectors...we is still here !

Of our 217 members, 90 have never made a post. 16 have only made 1 post, 21 have made 2 posts, 10 have made 3 posts, 8 have made 4 posts, 5 have made 5 posts, 3 have made 6 posts, 5 have made 7 posts, 2 have made 8 posts, 2 have made 9 posts, 2 have made 10 posts, 1 has made 11 posts, 4 have made 13 posts, 6 have made 14 posts, 1 has made 15 posts, 1 has made 16 posts, 1 has made 18 posts, 1 has made 20 posts, 3 have made 24 posts, and 1 is sitting here with nothing better to do. Philb you are right. People have their own lives to live (and have to make a living too). I wish I had the luxury of time on my side. And hopefully forty years from now I will be doing the same statistics. Often times I have to use company computer to take a peek at the forum and gone before the boss catches me. When I'm in dreamland you guys are busy with your 'petty quarrels' and funny chats on some threads - which is worthwhile reading. Nevertheless, this is the friendliest and informative forum I have ever joined. Cheers  gigi |

Summers are crazy for me. I work anywhere from 60 to 80 hours a week. I try to log on at least once a day and sometimes(like right now sneek in a moment or two while at work when the customers are'nt keeping me occupied. Oh well winter will soon be here. Can't plant in the snow Dianne |

Tis a fine group...David Giles,Bobgggg, Sneeky,Meostamps,myself and others have known each other for years from another chatboard...i had like a live and let live attitude there...i didnt love everybody on the board..but I could ignore some posts and carry on chats with my friends !! |
