Yup, I have verified this as a scott 155..
as I have almost all in that series so paper type was easy to figure out.
it only cost me 55.00 with shipping from Denmark.

You got a sweet deal! Good for you! At this point in my collecting experience, my husband wouldn't divorce me, but he would have me committed if I spent that much on a stamp. He's annoyed that I spent $25 on a lot of 500.

Less than 16% of catalog value and a nicely centered example. Can't expect to do much better than that on such a classic stamp! Not that there's anything scientific about it, but I checked an old 1983 catalog where that stamp was listed at $135; a 2002 catalog shows the stamp at $300; and with a current catalog value now at $350, there's a steady trend of increased value for that one.
