Yes, they are.
I`ve noticed an Indian National Army (Azad Hind) 3 picture second row, and a nice `Stalin-Roosevelt-Churchill` overprint on Colombia 1943 5c. (1 picture second row)

Is the one with the three leaders on it Columbia Scott#522? It's my first time seeing it. Also saw a Canada Scott#53 3c Queen Victoria Diamond Jubilee issue in there.

Ray, I bought this collection 2 years ago. I am an amateur, and know very little about stamps. What I do know, I have learned it from the experts here in SCF. This is a sample of my collection.
