Hi to all

Now the grills on the USA stamps to me is very very confusing.
This is a scott 114 but what I would like to know is what type of grill is it. (Sorry for the bad scan)

Any help is appreciated.

The Locomotive (I'm assuming that is the smaller of the 2 Stamps shown that you are referring to) only came in a "G" Grill.
The "G" Grill measures 12 by 11 to 11½ points.

Hi stallzer

Thank you for that it is the smaller of the two showing. They are several stamps hinged on the same page so I just gently turned it over on its hing.

Regards

horamkhet let's see the front of that. From the back it looks like it might be a great looking stamp centering and all!
