The Collectors Shop At Www.canadapost.ca

I wonder if anyone has experience buying from the collector's shop at Canada Post - I placed my order about a week ago and haven't even recieved a shipping notice yet. The website isn't showing my order where in the secure section - cusotmer service could see my order but had nothing to tell me except keep waiting?

Anyone else buy from them before?

I've ordered direct from CP's online store and it took roughly a week to arrive but considering there is no shipping charges(in canada)its as good can be expected. I do recall a shopping cart issue but everything was proper from their eyes when I called.

I too have had shopping card issues but it never affected the order. I think it is because I use Firefox browser. Sometimes they split my order but that is OK because as Nitro saws, postage is free. Great when ordering press sheets.

I don't think I've ever seen a shipping note on the website. But I always get my stuff. For the new stuff I have a standing order with them, and the new stuff happily arrives quarterly. And I like the free shipping :)

I have placed 3 different orders online in the last few days and have received an email "order confirmation" for each one. In the secure section when you check your past orders mine currently shows zippo.....it has in the past listed all of my old orders. There web site leaves a bit to be desired at times.

Well thanks for the feedback I'm hoping I finally clicked through from the confirmation and got to a page that said it had shipped - so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

I sincerely think that www.canadapost.com is the worst site in the universe. It used to be really really really bad. Then the changed it a little, now it's just really really bad.

The search engine is stupid as *%?$, you can't even look up things buy product number. You might be on a page and copy/paste something that's on the page in the search box and you'll get no results. I always get mad when I go online.

I'm pretty sure it's to make us use the phone to order items which they charge us like 2$ extra for not using the Internet.

Must stop...getting angry...
