Well unfortunatly I didn't accomplish 2 things this year. 1 Organizing collection, 2- Organizing spare room for collection. I have a very patient mrs who allowed (yes allowed) me to keep albums in various locations in the family room but the tree has to go up and decortions just don't match the albums. 4 totes later and the realization that not only did I not organize I am probably further behind than last year. Not going to make any reselutions yet but man oh man I need a shot of OCD.
Anyone else have to re arrange for the holidays and put the stamps on the back burner for awhile?

Well, my desk is usually "Stamp Central" with usually one resident plastic bin and tons of stuff lying around. I have had to clean up my act for holiday festivities as my desk is in the living room.

I have to say I have a really kind mother-in-law who gives me stamps for Christmas. She gets things people won't bid on in a general auction house. So I have an excuse to go through stamps during the holidays! I did get them for Christmas!

One thing you can do is to have a stamp sorting box (like shoebox size) and a 1 inch 3 ring binder with stock pages and vario pages. This way you can put things in order and pack it up easily.

Well, I have one table in my room which doubles as the computer table and the stamp table. I have to move the computer out of the way of the stamps. Collecting stamps has kept me sane here in my small Omani town. :)

Nitro, maybe you should cover your albums in Christmas paper and just leave them under the tree, nobody would be the wiser LOL.
I am lucky enough to have two rooms dedicated to my coin and stamp collecting, now I just need to buy some stuff to fill them.
