Some of us are not particularly good at this aspect of this hobby, I include myself in this category. One probably need a lot of experience, an excellent power of concentration and observation and some excelent reference material.

All of which I seem to have 'mislaid'

One very useful tool I can definitely recommend is a small piece of software available free; or If you can for a small donation (large is also good lol); is the one here:

The new version (1.06) has the added advantage of allowing you to record your toggling as a small video (Avi) for future reference.

Why not visit the site and judge for your self, Simon the developer has done an excellent job IMO
