I am wondering if anyone would know which printers used the abbreviation A. & M.

Looking in the SG catalogue at Anguilla the first sets from 1967 - 1970 have A. & M. as their printer.

Looking at the abbreviations in the front of my SG British Commonwealth catalogue, it says:
A. & M. Alden & Mowbray Ltd, Oxford

Thanks 22crows, I checked the index of the Anguilla catalogue with no luck. I will check the 5 volume to see if it is in there.

Alden & Mowbray Ltd, Oxford sounds good to me
