hi all, I am here because of the recommendation from Londonbus
I am a thematic collector of birds, realistic and mythical, and the hunting of animals. There's also a few country collections, Singapore Australia, Bohemia Moravia , Malaysia as works in progress
I enjoy stamp exchanges and must rush around here to get my 50 posts written up

You'll find that getting to 50 posts doesn't take long at all. Ask questions you have, and someone here will definitely be able to help you out.

Post pics of your stuff that you find interesting.

There is a thread in the Topicals section about birds if that would fir the bill?

Or you could start a new one yourself.

To request an avatar go to Forum Home or All Forums and then scroll down to the bottom and go into the forum Stamp Community Support and start a tread / topic with a title like Avatar Request and post your lovely stamp in there. Might take a day or a week or so depending.

Now I'll have to start digging out all my Bird stamps...but after the holidays.

You can start any topic you want, for Birds in the Topical section.
I sent a few messages out to others from MP and tried to get them to come and take a look here. I'll spread the word in case they are feeling at a dead end!

Post some of your great pictures like you did on MP and some wonderful write-ups. I remember them.

Welcome Akeela! I am quite new here myself and had enjoyed being a part of SCF. I too enjoy bird stamps and have wanted to collect them topically, but have not gotten very far with them. My interest in collecting the world keeps getting in the way!
