I need to identify this two stamps for my Quijote stamp collection.

I need country issued, Scott catalogue, etc.

These are beautiful. The Museum Cervantino is in Madrid. The 1 peseta (pta) denomination is also a giveaway that it's Spanish. Perhaps a cinderella to raise funds for the museum?

Further, Alcala de Henares means citadel on the river Henares. Here's a wiki site.
