An interesting cover to Germany from South Africa (30 Oct 2007)that has just come into my possession

It has stamps from the former homelands in South Africa of Ciskei and Transkei along with RSA stamps on a "Postage Included Domestic Post Office" envelope

A veritable mixed bag of stamps that appears to have gotten through the postal system

Enjoy

Interesting cover Huckles,

Although the homelands were not internationally recognised, stamps were accepted on international mail.

Building a complete homelands collection Mint or CTO is easy. Building a genuine postally used collection would in my opinion be impossible.

Normally you can find the definitives used but the commems of which you have 5 there, I just never see.

Thank you for sharing!

Drew
