Hello jony78, Hope someone comes up with an answer for you, because I have something similar in my Spanish pages. There is a listing in my old SG catalogue for 1937 under "National State" for the un-overprinted stamp, but I have one with "Malaga Liberada", which also must be Civil War. I am guessing these were over-printed in various towns in those troubled times.
Michel (2005) lists them under `Lokalausgaben`-Aragon (local issues-Aragon).Most of the local issues are/were forged. So this is Aragon, Mi# 17. Set of 7 stamps. No separate CV given, but as a set MNH/used= 17 Eur. (2005)
Yvert&Tellier (1978) under Espagne (Locaux)=Spain(Local) / Emissions nationalistes(1936-37)=Issues of the Nationalists(1936-37) / Saragosse (Zaragoza, the capital of the province) So this is Saragosse, Y&T# 39, CV MNH/used 2 Fr (1978!) According to these it is not uncommon.
