I just received these from oldtriguy,
all different perf shapes, and numbers
at the bottom frame.

Are these discussed anywhere on SCF?
or any links
I'd like to know more about them

Here's another example of your third scan (without plate number) of the US Flag Coil (APU Variety) Scott #4487.

Some might accuse me of "flyspecking" these stamps too closely, but I still feel that such a color misregistration as shown here is not up to the standard of the US Postal Service and, more specifically, Ashton Potter, as their printer. Maybe it's within acceptable tolerances, but in these days of advanced technology in printing it seems to me it should be quite easy to eliminate such color shifts:
