US 2c Banknote Issue (Scott 183?)

Am I correct in identifying this as a Scott #183? It is definitely perf. 12 and based on the color it must either be a #178 or #183. The paper looks to be soft porous, which would identify it as the latter, right?



Just looking for confirmation that I have this one properly identified, as I am not a student of the Banknote issues.
