Why in the world is a trimmed, creased, cleaned and possibly altered (re-perforated) scott #65 going for this amount?

I'd say that with about 20 minutes left in the auction, and zero bids, it's NOT going for that amount. The seller has been with ebay for over a year, but has a 0 on the feedback. Perhaps new to selling? or just wishful thinking.
I wouldn't bid on it ILS

You can bet your butt I am most certainly not bidding on it! I just seen it and needed to take a closer look was all. I didn't notice the feedback though. Thanks.

ILS, I noticed he had no other items for sale. Guess the need for chemo isn't that desperate.
