We'll let Mr. Bus enjoy his holidays.
That is a Peoples Republic of China SC#1L159 for Northeast China issued 1950.
My 2003 Scott's gives it a value of $70 mint and $50 used, but reprints exist, obviously much cheaper (complete set $7). Doesn't say how to tell the reprint from the original.
