Okay, so it's not the same stamp or even the same image, but isn't it depicting the same animal on big and small stamps?

...and I know this is not a different sized stamp, merely a different orientation of the same stamp design ... does it count?

This is a tough one.
There are two stamps same design, different sizes, but different denominations.
