I got a question about all those who use Steiner pages and would like to know what you are doing -------first question ----do you make a seperate title page or does your album just start with the first page as printed from the software ......................second question ------how do you title the outside cover binder .....do you use handwritten sticky labels ,do you print a seperate label on the computer ........do you use a label making machine ? if so which one and how big is the wording of the countries name ? I need to change what im doing the labels are drying up and falling off .

Hi floortrader

I haven't made up Title pages yet but it is on my list of things to do.

As for lableling the binders. I have used seperate methods as each country seems to have a different binder. When I get home from work I'll take a picture and post it for you. I have handwritten on some. for the darker colored binders I used gold lettering that I had in my scrapbooking stash. I like the look of these best.

For the 3-ring binders that have a pocket on the outside, print a colorful spine label and a front cover sheet.

For those which do not, I purchased little label pockets at Office Depot, attached one to each binder spine and printed a label that size. Thus, no sticky residue if I want to change the contents of the binder. I just print a new label.

For the inside, I print several "beginning" sheets as well as insert a blank sheet at the beginning and end of the contents. Like Dianne_Earl, when I get home from work, I'll upload some images.

Learn something new every day. The open source office suite LIbreoffice ( http://www.libreoffice.org ) will let you edit PDF files, which means, if you wanted to edit Steiner's pages, you could. I prefer the country name on the top of each page be in bold, so I made the change.
