For example, your rouletted 1957 4th Congress stamp (which you say is listed in Michel as both perf 10 1/2 and imperf) is only listed as perf 10 1/2 in the DPRK catalogue, which also fails to mention anything about rouletted copies.
There is also a DPRK CD-ROM catalogue occasionally available on
ebay - I don't see it listed at the moment. I think it's from a US seller, but I can't be sure of that.
The KPC catalogue shown by Rod lists only South Korean issues after the Korean War. SG Part 18 and Michel Übersee 9/2 both have full listings for North Korea, as does Scott. What info are you specifically looking for that you can't find in Scott?
