ok im confused on what a cover is is it a used stamped envelope or is it these pre-stamped envelpoes un-used ones that I have it says first day of issue on it and also the souvenir stamps can somebody describe this to me because if its what im thinking I have a couple hundred of those please help this poor confused woman from california |
