I'd just like to start off by saying "hello"

I'm from Canada and somewhat new to the stamp collecting world. My mom who was a great lady and deeply missed.. passed away two years ago and left me with a few stamps. I know she would be in her glory if she knew about this site.

So in memory of my mom "Ida"...Hello all and nice to meet you.

Hello Idaclare, welcome from Halifax!

If you have access to a scanner or camera (libraries have scanners also) then have fun posting stamp pics. We all love to see stamps. And talk about them.

What do you like about stamps? Which topic(s) or countries? Condolences for your Mom and she would have probably loved this site.
