I have 3 pairs of 2-cent columbians that are stuck together, right on top of each other.... Any ideas on how to unstick them? Just soak 'em for a little bit?

The one on top is cancelled, so..not mint...

All you can do is basically soak them. It might be a hinge that's sticking them together or some old gum residue. If you try and peel them off without soaking you risk inducing facial thins. The other method you could try is placing them in a freezer fo about an hour or 2 and that might remove any moisture and then give them a light twist and see if they pop loose.

If gum is important to you, employ the SCF search option
and use the text string sweat box.

Otherwise just soak for a short time in cold water
let them separate by themselves, pulling them apart may cause the
print to lift.

soak them in luke warm water... As they are used stamps there is no need to worry about losing gum.
