for 2012 Items are shown with Issue Dates, still you
can not buy them at this site as use to do before.
At USPS.com you can buy or calling them you can put order in.
Also some Issued at least couple items order on net. it
errs saying "withdrawn from Sale". Look like some glitches
in site programing.
I had to call and order 2012 Issued Issues.
