I'm New In Town

Hello my username is Footballphilately and that pretty much sums it up. I have love for stamp collecting and the beautiful game. I just joined SCF a few hours ago. Why didn't I fiind this place sooner. Stamp entertainment everywhere I turn. Cheers, and check out my post on soccer/football stamps in the topical section. Maybe some of you share my interest?

Hello footballphilately - I found this forum by getting a link to your thread in the topical forum when doing a search on google for 'football philately'

I too love football stamps & it's great to meet someone who shares my interest. Very much a niche of niche when it comes to topical collecting.

Out of interest do you follow a particular football team?

Yes footysphere I do follow football teams. I am half dutch on my mothers side. I am crazy about Dutch soccer, as Johan Cruyff would say Total Football. I visit my family in the Netherlands every year, my team of choice in the dutch eredivisie league would be Ajax for obvious reasons. I mainly follow the english premier league, my team of choice being arsenal(I know embarrassing.) I follow the Spanish La Liga, and I also follow the Italian Serie A.
