The one on the right is a Coil Stamp, the other is not. The left one is either a corner piece or a booklet Stamp but I'm not sure if those came in a booklet as I don't have my catalogs at the moment. For the coil stamp you will need to measure perforations. As far as value they are more than probably very common, are they collectible ? Absolutely they are.
