I dont know much of stamps everything I have listed today are my grandpa's. This says on the envelope jugoslavia chainbreaker, scott #3L22 but king peter has dark hairs. Two of the stamps have a white tuff in front while the other 2 are dark. Do anyone know anything about them ? Time Period? Or Value?

these were printed in both Vienna, Austria, as well as Ljubljana, Slovenia. there are many varieties and color shades. I don't have the reference materials on these, yet, as I haven't begun to explore them. Right now, I just accumulate all of them I run across, and eventually, I will get the right catalogs and start researching all the differences. But, from what I have seen in my browsing on various auction and web-sites, there are no premiums for any of the varieties. (with the exception of 1 particular color variety - lake - versus the normal - brown lake.)

btw, your grandpa's ID of SC#3L22 is correct.

It would be great if you could show us the whole stamp. I assume there's more below the portrait. My guess from what I can see is that these are stamps of Sovenia SC#3L22 brown lake, 3L22a lake or 3L22b dull lake. Hard to discern the colour from the photo.
I see what you are saying. King Peter has a white highlight on his hair at the top on the two left stamp while the two on the right seem to be filled in with colour. Scott's says that these are printed by typography and have a course impression. If that's the case, some areas of white could have filled in more than others because of the roughness of the printing.
It would be nice to see better scans if possible.
