Here'a little gem of a cover I've had in my collection now for about a year. Found this little jewel on ebay (I know, big surprise) and picked it up for a couple dollars. I really enjoy this cover! Hope you do too.

You have the embossed bust of Washington on a shield as a corner card, the three nicely centered 804s and a Washington MO cancel!

Excellent cover. I didn't notice the postmark until Dragan's reply. Washington. How appropriate.

Guess I didn't read all of your original post either, Stampman.

Too bad Ruth Chisholm's last name wasn't Washington! A very nice cover.

I did a quick web search of Ruth Chisholm. Not sure if it is exactly the same person as noted on the cover or not, but if it is, a Ruth Chisholm of Keene, NH (b. 4/19/1901; d. 8/1/1974) was involved as the State representative for the DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution) which might explain the patriotic-themed cover that was used.
