Have you seen these stamps? I`ve studied my Scott 2008 AB
and 2009 US specialized and I can`t find them. I`ve looked
very carefully also in the booklet pane section. Are my eyes
failing me? Am I going senile? Are they listed in older and
newer editions? Supply me a catalogue number and I will
re-check.

I think that either SCott or the USPS reserves Scott numbers for a definitive series that is issued over a relatively long period of time. That would account for a 32c stamp appearing among 25c stamps. Is this clear? Does anyone know if my assumption is correct?
