i got an information that this is poland charity stamp which issued some 1920s,,can this stamp be used in letters??does have postage function?? thanks a lot

If you check the site below you can find a set of stamps described as 'Privately issued charity labels ...', and there is a mention of overprinting of the values.
Scroll down the LHS to Poland 1917 Polish Kings Charity Stamps.
The person on your stamp is actually Prince Jozef Poniatowski (1763-1813), but incorrectly identified on the display page as Stanislaus Poniatowski.
Not a postage stamp.

thanks a lot my friend..but I have a question, I saw some of the "charity stamps" so to speak,can be used as regular stamps..like this one here,has postmarks..i am a little bit confused about charity stamps....

I am well aware of that fact.

Many stamp and label issuing bodies show portraits of earlier leaders. This set of labels was apparently issued in 1917. Not all of the portraits were of kings.
