I have become active again in Stamp Collecting over the last 12 months and have been gradually pulling stuff out of storage and sorting through things to see what I actually have

As part of the process I have begun to properly document and catalogue what I have and am now at the stage where I going to start writing things up

The below is my first attempt at a "formal" write up and I am using an item (Riviera Principality Mini-sheet) that I have just won in a SCF Auction - haven't received it as yet so am jumping the gun a bit but thought I would start out small and simple

Would really appreciate your feedback and comments

Attractive,
would be nice with more substance, such as why it
is/was smallest country in the world,
Was it a tennis court? 1000 acres etc.
Why did Mr.Neame do so?

Very nice Huckles

I do something similar in my albums as well.

I believe that illustration etc, tend to dress up an album. In another thread I mentioned making my own albums and I have found that some of the printed ones you buy on the market are lacking and can leave a collector's album looking a little dull (my opinion of course ). Your idea with maps etc is good and I also like to do that.

I would go ahead with it.

Looks good to me. Definitely more descriptive than my pages, which I generate from stampalbums.com.

huckles 888,
I think your sheets are just perfect.
More info would need to go on a separate sheet if you chose to do that, otherwise it would start to clutter your stamp exhibit.
