hi all.

i found 3 stamps that are a bit interesting to me.
i love kiloware purchase but the make my eyes hurt from all my searching and looking.

1] the 1510 is noted to have imperf types in pairs in scotts
I understand that this would be better is it was a pair but you can see the top of another stamp....but again I do not if this can exist in another way.

2] 1845...i found it was interesting that the right stamp was darker or maybe recut

3] 3762 I know there is a mass production problems with the newer ear stamps but there is no top border

thanks for listening to my rambling

Your example of #1510 is slightly miscut but it is most likely the booklet pane variety of the stamp which would normally have a bottom straight edge.

The pair of #1845's could have a slight inking issue, however, your scan seems to be a bit shaky, so I'm not sure if the lettering "vin" in the name is really as it looks or if it is just a scanning issue. In a best case scenario you could probably refer to it as a "freak" but I doubt it would carry any premium value.

As to the last pair of the 10c Clock stamp, I think your example is #3763 (not #3762) and would bear the date "2008" and also have microprinted "USPS" in the center "I" of "VIII". I think I can see it from your posted image, but again, the scan is a bit wavy and I would need to see a better image to confirm. Yes, it is miscut on the top, which can be a common occurrence, and the vertical perfs look as if they were cut by machine rather than by hand, but I doubt there is any premium value to it, as it would again be classified more or less as a "freak". While not that uncommon, I do think the Postmark Mailer's Permit cancellation would also help to make it a collectible variety.
