I bought a set of revenue and science stamp set and wasn't sure if they were worth collecting. After I bought these I tried researching but not luck... Anyone know what kind of stamps these are? Is there value or none at all?

Those are very interesting 168Bagua. Never seen anything like those before.

What does the logo in the lower left corner of the stamps say?

Sorry if its unclear. It says, Development National Science Board and this stamp comes from the Philippines

Legislation for this science tax was passed in 1968, to come into effect in 1969.
