Heres on I picked up for myself..franked with a parcel post stamp..i guess that was legal at one time !!

Nice looking example.......and legal as postage starting July 1, 1913.

I can read the 1913.....what month & day ????

Ok guys, the date on this one is Oct 4..i have another one Aug 12, 1913 with a circular Poughkeepsie cancel..i thought it unusual that both are 1913 dates..but I guess being the postcard rate was one cent !
