I agree, Phil. As well, I've always something to read, that I am interested in, as there is always a nice catalogue, Linn's, etc. to read.

I worked out in the garden

I wasn't a pretty sight when I was done though. Had to strip down to my knickers on the back deck. Good thing I'm surrounded by trees.

Had a shower and now am working on stamps

I don't know what to say except my garden is about 56 acres. I had my wife out last week helping with the harvesting of potatoes but I don't remember her getting down to her knickers.

I spend about an hour to two hours each evening doing something with stamps. On occasion I have been know to spend an entire Saturday or Sunday with the stamps.

However there is a 6 month period when I'm coaching basketball that I don't get the time. Basketball and farming comes first then the stamps all of course behind family time.

Mkfarm..two friends of ours..both different families..leaving for Europe tomorrow and feel bad about leaving their vegetable gardens ...i guess I should help them by gleaning some of the vegetables..there will be plenty for the wild beasts left over...its good to have priorities...i play with stamps to pass the time but I have to avoid it becoming my whole reality.....
