I was wondering can anyone help me find out what are the postal rates in Peoples Republic of China (Not taiwan, macau or hong kong).

I'm too new to post a link, but put these 4 words in a Google search: Guilin expat postal rates
You'll see all of the domestic and international rates.

Thank you soo much! But it says rates updated in May 2009 are the rates still valid for 2012?

@168Bagua: I believe the rates are still the same. The stamp values being issued today are the same as they were then.
