The overprinted value might well be $0.00 half. This is shown in SG Simplified as SG374, issued in 1918.

Hi Selva

The imprint at the bottom of the stamp is "LIT. J.L.ARANGO MEDELLIN COL." and therefore the stamp is from the 1904 "Numeral Issues".
The following is from the Scott Catalog:

351 1/2c on 20c black ( your copy) Mint $1.25 Used .35
352 3c on 10c violet Mint $3.00 Used .60

On the "Numeral Issues" of 1908 the imprint is "LIT. NACIONAL"

353 1/2c on 20c black Mint $10.99 Used $6.25
354 3c on 10c violet Mint $15.00 Used $15.00

Mint and used prices are in USD and from the 2012 Scott catalog.

Hi Philb

Is that a dig I am surprised you did not answer the question first. When I looked up the catalog prices I was surprised at the price of the overprinted 1908 issue.

I have a little specialized section in my collection of the "Numeral Issues", varieties, printings, etc.. Therefore, I am pretty familiar with them. Unfortunately I do not have any blocks so that the spacing between the stamps can be measured.

There is a great book on the issues. "The Numeral Issues of Colombia" by Myers.
