Did anyone get their William H. Johnson stamp today (which is the first day of issue)?

Not bad, considering the artist spent the last 23 years of his life in a mental institution.

A colorful item that will likely appeal to the general population as a stamp that will enhance a piece of personal mail (for those who still send personal mail via USPS).

As is typical for the Avery Dennison printed stamps, there is no microprinting.

A beautiful stamp. I'm going to have to pick up some as soon as my post office gets them in. I went down to get some and was told they haven't received them yet.
