Hi Selva

Not my specialty but I'll try.

Here are the details:

Issued August 19, 1881
Overprinted issue of May 1, 1884 (SG 86 Scott 62)
5c violet (many color shades)
Rouletted 8
Red overprint
                                      Mint Used
SG 133 Scott 99 .20 .20
   a. "1391" instead of "1891" 2.50 1.75
   b. Overprinted inverted 2.50 1.75
   c. Overprint double 2.50 1.75
   d. Overprint double, one inverted 2.50 1.75
   e. Overprint double, both inverted 5.00 3.00

Catalog Values are in USD from Scott Specialized 2007

The stamp you show is really a "space filler" due to the missing lower left corner.

Thanks Jerry for the detaied explanation. I know the stamp is of no use but I am using them to learn about stamps from experts like you. I am sorting out my stamp collection and am posting the stamps that I am not familiar with to understand stamp collection better. Thanks once again.
